Your team sees each Connect-referred case on a dashboard showing the current stage -- instruction received, ID checks complete, searches ordered, enquiries raised, exchange targeted, completed. Automated alerts flag any case that stalls at a milestone longer than the SLA allows. How are referral fees structured?
Referral fees are paid per completed instruction and are agreed at onboarding based on your agency's volume. Payments are calculated automatically on completion and paid on a regular cycle. All referral arrangements are fully disclosed to clients in line with SRA and CLC guidance, with Connect providing template disclosure language as part of the onboarding pack.
Which CRM platforms does Connect integrate with?
Connect has integrations with a growing list of estate agency CRM platforms including Reapit, Alto, Street.co.uk, SME Professional and others. If your CRM is not yet on the list, the Connect team will advise on timeline and can typically support a manual referral workflow in the interim. Integration scope is confirmed during the onboarding call.
What happens if a solicitor on the panel underperforms?
Connect monitors every firm on the panel against agreed SLAs for communication speed, case progression and completion times. Firms that underperform are reviewed and, where necessary, removed from the panel. As the referring agent you can flag concerns directly through the Connect platform. Your agency should never be in the position of defending a solicitor's performance to a client -- Connect manages that accountability so you don't have to.
Is Connect right for a single branch as well as a multi-branch agency?
Yes. Connect works with single-office independents and multi-branch operations alike. The integration and onboarding process scales with your branch count. Referral fee structures and account management arrangements are tailored to your size.
