How long does it take to set up?
Account setup takes a matter of minutes. Once you've registered, Helpthemove assigns a dedicated onboarding specialist to support you through your first three months. Training materials and guides are shared after the onboarding call. The platform is browser-based with nothing to install.
What notifications does Helpthemove handle?
Helpthemove automates change-of-tenancy notifications for council tax, water and energy suppliers. Every notification is timestamped and stored in the platform so you have a full audit trail.
