Does it work offline at the property?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps are built for offline-first use. Your inspector captures photos, 360 footage and room notes without a signal, and everything syncs back to the cloud and your CRM when they return to connectivity. The report is never held hostage to the property's Wi-Fi.
What about 360-degree cameras — do we need to buy new equipment?
Inventory Hive is compatible with the leading consumer 360 cameras. If your office does not already have one, the team can advise on the most cost-effective option for your inspection volume. The 360 integration is optional — standard photo workflows continue to work exactly as before, alongside it rather than instead of it.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per property per month — not per user and not per report. Add as many clerks, property managers and branch staff as you need at no extra cost.
