Travelled up to Chelmsford to meet with Matt in a 121 consultation. Extremely helpful and productive meeting. Sad to have missed Neil. Matt and I met at the dinners he and Neil host once a month, and Matt especially has become a mentor to me over the last 12 months. With Matt & Neil being business owners who have already found success, and are still on the coal face within their business - they are an inspiration and clearly have their hearts in the right place. Learning from a mentor who clearly loves what they do and isn't simply selling to me all the time is extremely refreshing.

I recently had an hour with Matt with the primary focus being to remind me of my goals and roles. It's easy to stay on the hamster wheel but sometimes you have to jump out and get out of the cage. I recently had a session with Matt and came away with so many pointers, I was struggling with converting my valuations and the whole process and added at least 5 things to change and since then my listings have gone through the roof but not only that my sales progression and keeping in contact with the vendor from just one call with more that will happen in the future it really has transformed my business.
