Ben was fab to deal with.... I was a little dubious at first but was so happy to have instructed them to help with our acquisition. The report was clear, concise and very educating. After all that he was more than happy to spend time talking the report through and i was genuinely surprised with how much more information he was able to collate outside the agreed remit. Ben and Michael have been working with us on an acquisition. They undertook the due diligence on a large portfolio. They were professional and extremely discrete which is needed when dealing with acquisitions. They were extremely thorough, being from the industry they bought our attention to things that we may have missed. The report produced was easy to read and they gave us the confidence to proceed. I would highly recommend them
