AREA is a very well designed, intuitive software. Leads are fed through instantly and can be called/emailed through the system making life much easier as phones and agency software are all integrated. Also a shout out to the IT team as they are really great, responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

This is the best piece of revenue generating and cost saving piece of software I've used. It deals with all of your portal enquiries in an incredibly effecient manner by collating all the useful information required before first contact is made by the agent saving a great deal of time but also allowing for meaningful conversations quickly.
