1 out of 5 · Buyer Withdraws - Reservation Fee Withheld

Beware! If the seller withdraws, iamsold will NOT return your reservation fee. There is nothing in their terms and conditions about this. They then give you reasoning behind this which can be argued against with their own t&cs which they ignore and tell you to appeal (so they can investigate anything THEY have overlooked) which you have to wait 3 weeks to hear back about. They will not pay any compensation for the interest they have made on YOUR MONEY during this time. Suspicious. A case for the property ombudsman I think... RETURN MY MONEY

5 out of 5 · Really positive

Gives a genuine alternative method of selling and another tool in the toolbox to pitch to sellers. Also an effective way of securing pipeline and helping with fee conversion.
