We were looking to buy a property and we got let down having done a 300 miles round journey and staying overnight in a hotel to see a property the following day. For whatever reason, things went south and we could not see the property. Stuart went above and beyond and reimbursed us the cost of the overnight stay. Many thanks Stuart!
