As a small landlord this is in my opinion essential with the looming The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 implementation in May. I would strongly recommend any private landlord invests in this product to safeguard against the myriad of fines and extra compliance.

We have been using Resisure monitors across several of our properties and they provide us with excellent information with regards to tenants behaviour. The weekly reports give us the back up information over the short and long term to protect us from any malicious behaviour, but also provide information where we have a structural building issue that we can analyse and deal with. With a changing regulatory landscape Resisure provide our company with real time information.

We introduced Resisure monitors into our properties after we had received reports of mould. These monitors have been fantastic as they have allowed us to identify the problems in the units, lack of heating, insufficient air flow and humidity. in turn this has helped us understand the issues and to work and educate our residents. The back up from James to talk through monitor performance results was very helpful. With the new reporting requirements regarding damp and mould I cannot recommend these units enough.

We decided to try out a resisure monitor on one of our rentals because the tenant was complaining about mould/damp. We were quite confident it was down to the way the tenant was living - lack of heating and no ventilation etc but is very difficult to police. Once installed the reading comes through weekly with clear results. We left it a few weeks before we contacted the tenant to ask if things have improved or worsened and he said its improved a lot !!
