We took on REX a few months back and I have to admit I am no good with IT so was very nervous of the move. From start to finish the constant problem solver, fixer, leader, resolver and out and out shining star has been Meghan. Rex is a phenomenal bit of kit, but like anything, you need to put the time into learning how to use it. I am not up to scratch yet but my team are really coming to terms with it and getting the best out of it but none of it would be possible without Meghan. From the very day we decided to set up our brand new agency, we have found Mark Hinkins at Rex really friendly, professional and helpful. After a short demo from Mark Hinkins, it was a no brainer to switch from the CRM we used to Rex. Having experience with tech across the Pond and Australia, I hadn't found any UK CRM that offered anywhere near Rex's functionality. Complex in its capabilities, yet we all know that tech is only as good as its user; therefore the simple UX and ease of use is a double win. We have found the team at Siteloft a fantastic, and well organised group of people to collaborate with. Although we have been in the industry a long time, they have enabled us to get on with the many aspects of setting up a new business with a well organised development plan. We are looking forward to our launch with an integrated solution combining Rex & Siteloft. Danny was excellent from the beginning, and Meghan has been a true star throughout the build.
