We had a very successful and well respected lettings business with about 700 properties in tenancy, Richard came in to our business for 12 months and helped us streamline all of our processes allowing us more time to concentrate on the front line part of the business, this enabled us to be more proactive and we now have over 1000 properties in tenancy. Richard was instrumental in helping the company spot more opportunities within our current portfolio and made the company more profitable.
