You have to work collaboratively with the conveyancing team to get the best results, and having done so we have a really strong relationship and enjoy good service from the lawyers dedicated to our business. Great account management relationship with Andrew Armistead who gets involved when ever we have the need for an escalation - but this is rare. Great service, ease of use and prompt payment adding up to a strong commercial relationship.
