We have been using the Touchright software for a number of years now. The support we have received over the years, has been excellent, Kerry in particular. It is a software that makes our reporting on services we provide so much easier. The software itself is easy to use and help is always on hand if we have any questions. We predominately use the software to create reports on planned maintenance tasks but the software has so much more should our needs ever change. We would recommend Touchright, if we were approached by potential users.

Having transitioned to Online Inspections and Inventories from doing everything on paper, I needed a company that could offer the help and support I needed as I am not very good with technology. We have been using TouchRight for several years and have found it incredibly useful for our property management needs. Although we don’t conduct inventories - which is the software’s primary purpose - we use it for ongoing property inspections and it has proved extremely effective. Once our templates are created, the system makes it easy to walk through a property and ensure that all key points important to our company are properly addressed.
