Supplier download terms

These terms apply only when you download a resource published by one of our suppliers, such as a guide, information pack or case study shown under "Resources from [supplier]" or "From our suppliers". They don't apply to Kerfuffle's own guides.

Your details go to the supplier

To download a supplier resource, you give us your first name, last name, work email, company and mobile number.

When you download, we pass those details to the supplier who published the resource. The supplier is named on the download page and on the form. They may then contact you by email or phone about the resource and their products or services.

From that point the supplier uses your details under their own privacy policy, and they are responsible for how they look after them. Kerfuffle is responsible for collecting your details and passing them on.

What we keep

We keep a record of the download: your details, the resource, the date, and the page you came from. We use it to:

• tell the supplier who downloaded their resource;
• show the supplier how their resource is performing;
• fill in the form for you next time, using a cookie saved on your device.

Marketing

Marketing is separate. We only send you Kerfuffle updates if you tick the marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Changing your mind

To stop a supplier contacting you, reply to them or use the unsubscribe link in their emails. To ask us to delete our record of your download, email sales@kerfuffle.com. We can't delete details a supplier already holds, but we'll tell them you've asked.
