Is the kiosk hardware or software, or both?
Keyhive is both. The desktop kiosk is a physical device in your office. The mobile app and dashboard are software. Both are included in the Keyhive package.
Can we track keys that are out with tenants for the entire tenancy?
Yes. Keys can be assigned to a tenant for the duration of their tenancy and tracked back to the office at check-out. The full key history is stored against the tenancy record.
What happens if a key is lost?
The system shows exactly who last had the key and when it was checked out. Your team has a clear starting point for investigation and a complete record for any insurance claim or landlord discussion.
Does it work for agencies with multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own kiosk and dashboard, and a central admin view allows management to see key status across all locations.
How does the photograph feature work?
