The maths that matters

Most agents capture 15–25% of their review moments. RARMS-managed agents run at 50%+.

On 200 moments, that's the difference between 40 reviews and 100+ reviews a year — enough to shift you a full Trusted Agent tier in most postcode areas.

The Founding Six

Six spots. Three months free. One year of proper data.

We are opening RARMS to six RAN member firms. Each spot gets three months of RARMS delivery on us — a service worth £500 a month across a named VA, AI orchestration, CRM integration and Trusted Agent scoring. Underwritten by Moss Properties, methodology by Kerfuffle.

But this is not a freebie hunt. We are underwriting the tech and the VA so that we get proper 12-month metrics on what RARMS actually does in the wild. That only works if you are in for the whole year with us — not just the free bit.

What we need from you

We are looking for six firms who are serious. Here is the bar.

01

A real look under the bonnet

We need to understand exactly how you work today — who asks for reviews, at what point in the transaction, on which platforms, with what wording. No fluff, no polished answers. The honest picture.

02

Your current review process, mapped

Every platform has its own flavour — Google, Feefo, Trustpilot, Facebook, AllAgents, ESTAS, Yell. We need to know which you are on, how they are configured, and what your reply cadence looks like today.

03

A 12-month commitment

We are willing to underwrite the first 90 days to get the ball rolling. In return we ask you to run RARMS across the full year with us — so we get proper metrics, and you get a genuine chance to see what compound review capture does to your bottom line.

04

Actual buy-in from the top

Not a middle-manager side project. We need the owner or principal signed up, the branch trained on the ask moments, and the VA integrated into the transaction workflow. This is the difference between a pilot that works and a pilot that limps.

The RARMS engine

Tech, people and AI working hand-in-glove.

Not an AI reviews service. People — trained by us but working for you — doing the human work, with AI removing every point of friction on the way. We also integrate with a number of CRM systems to automate much of the process.

01

Named VA, trained by us

Not a call centre. A dedicated review assistant who knows your agency, your brand voice and your customers by name. Trained on the Kerfuffle-designed cadence and Trusted Agent methodology.

02

AI-timed follow-ups

Email, SMS and WhatsApp asks sent at the moments people feel the service — key handover, first month in the property, exchange, six-month check-in. Timing predicted per contact.

03

Live Trusted Agent dashboard

Every review moves your score in real time against the TA methodology — Volume, Rating, 5-star %, Reply Rate, 1-star % and Platforms. You see what's actually shifting the needle.

04

Multi-platform capture

Google, Feefo, Trustpilot, Facebook, AllAgents, ESTAS, Yell. Not just Google. The TA methodology rewards multi-platform agents — we make sure you score everywhere.

05

Reply-rate management

AI drafts a reply in your brand voice within 5 minutes of any review. VA reviews it. You one-click approve. Reply rate is a smaller share of your TA score, but the fastest number to move.

06

Sentiment triage

Negative reviews route to a human immediately — VA or your principal — with a suggested response and the relevant transaction context already pulled in. No principal ever finds out on a Monday.

Your projected impact

Over the next 90 days RARMS is targeting a lift from your current 21% cadence to a projected 32% cadence. Held for 12 months, that compounds to a projected 154 reviews at 77% cadence, moving your TA score from 68.4 (Contender) to a projected 78.9 (Gold tier).

The fee-defence line

The average agent within 5 miles of you charges 1.2% and has 41 reviews. After 12 months of RARMS you would have 154 reviews at 4.7★. When a vendor asks why you charge 1.5%, you now have the numbers.

How your score is calculated

The Trusted Agent methodology.

Your Trusted Agent score is built from six inputs. They do not carry equal weight, and we do not publish the mix. Recent reviews weigh more than old ones. Reply rate is a small share but the fastest to move. Recent poor reviews cannot be offset by past volume.

Volume

One of the heaviest inputs. Agents who take more reviews demonstrate consistency across every customer, not just the delighted few.

Average rating

Your headline star score with review-decay applied. A 4.8 from six months ago counts more than a 4.9 from three years ago.

5-star %

Rewards agents who consistently earn five-star reviews rather than pulling their average up with a handful of outliers.

Reply rate

A smaller share of the score, but the fastest lever to move. Your competitors ignore it. That is the opportunity. RARMS makes replies one-click.

1-star %

A single unaddressed 1-star can undo a lot of good work. Sentiment triage sends bad reviews straight to a human within minutes.

Platforms

Multi-platform agents show consistency across the whole review ecosystem, not just Google. RARMS captures on seven.

Based on data we hold on the ViewAgents platform. To give yourself the best chance, ensure we have all the right information and let us know which other platforms you're on — Feefo, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yell, AllAgents, ESTAS.
Straight talk

What RARMS is not.

Straight talk about the four things people sometimes assume "reputation management" means — and why we do not do any of them.

We do not remove bad reviews.

Nobody credible does. We route them to a human within minutes, help you reply well, and let the volume of good reviews do the arithmetic. That is the entire game.

We do not fake reviews.

Our VAs are trained to only ever ask real transacting parties. Every ask template is signed off by Kerfuffle. One breach ends the pilot — for us as well as the agency.

We do not tie you to us.

You commit to 12 months post-pilot so we can plan VA capacity. But you keep your reviews, your data, your Google profile — always. No lock-in dressed up as a moat.

We do not guarantee outcomes.

Every projection on this page is based on typical RARMS-managed agents. We show a confidence band. If it doesn't stack up for your area, we'll tell you before you sign.

FAQ

What agents ask before they sign.

What does RARMS actually cost me in the 90-day pilot?

Nothing up front. Moss Properties is underwriting the tech and VA cost for the first 90 days. We ask for a 12-month agent commitment to keep the service running after the pilot, so we can plan VA capacity, plus a no-poaching clause on the VA team.

What happens after the pilot?

Post-pilot pricing is per office per month plus platform fees. We agree the number with each pilot cohort based on their listings volume and platform mix before day 90. If you don't want to continue, the service simply stops — you keep your reviews and your Google profile.

Who is my VA and how are they trained?

You get a named individual, trained by us but working for you, matched to your agency size and specialism. They're trained by Kerfuffle on the Trusted Agent methodology, the RAN cadence, GDPR-compliant contact rules, and your brand voice. We also integrate with a number of CRM systems to automate much of the process. You meet them in week one.

How does this affect our Trusted Agent award status?

RARMS accelerates the same behaviours the TA methodology rewards — volume, rating, reply rate, multi-platform. It doesn't game the score. If half your region signs up, the regional median moves up too, and non-RARMS agents drop in relative rank without doing anything wrong. Flagged transparently in the methodology page.

What if we already use a review platform (Feefo, Trustpilot, etc.)?

Perfect — we integrate. RARMS captures across Google, Feefo, Trustpilot, Facebook, AllAgents, ESTAS and Yell in parallel. The TA methodology rewards multi-platform agents, so keeping existing platforms live is a plus.

Who owns the reviews data?

You do. If you leave, you keep historical access. Kerfuffle keeps anonymised aggregate benchmarks for the regional median calculation — that stays valuable for every remaining member.
