Stitch is a Meta Tech Partner using the official WhatsApp Business API through the msgboxx platform. This is the only compliant, scalable route for estate agencies - personal WhatsApp and unofficial tools violate Meta's terms and can result in number bans.
Does our current CRM integrate with Stitch?
Stitch integrates with the major UK estate agency CRMs. CRM integration is part of the setup process. If you use a less common system, the team will confirm compatibility before you proceed.
What happens to conversations when a negotiator leaves?
All conversations live in the shared business inbox, not on personal devices. When a negotiator leaves, their conversation history stays in the platform and can be reassigned. No data walks out the door with a phone.
Can we use our existing agency WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes - Stitch can migrate an existing WhatsApp Business number to the API platform. Personal WhatsApp numbers cannot be migrated, but business numbers typically can be ported.
