What happened with the Volaris Group acquisition?
In January 2025, agentOS PropTech Group was acquired by Volaris Group, a global acquirer of vertical market software companies. The existing management team continues to lead the business under its current direction. Volaris provides long-term investment capital, operational expertise and access to its network — the business remains independent in its product strategy and based in Cardiff.
