Unfortunately, whilst Alto has some good employees, the software is very poor and slow. If you are an agent with Landlords who have multiple properties, then be prepared to wait around a minute for anything to load! We have a lot of clients with 50 + Properties and the lost time is significant to the company. Not only is this an issue, but the "support" is essentially someone emailing you instructions and no actual help. I understand a company trying to be efficient but this hands-off approach is frustrating and almost blocks you from the day to day.

Alto was presented to us as a streamlined CRM system that would improve the efficiency of our business and make our day-to-day processes easier. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.
