Connor was helping me with problems from when we transferred from Payprop - the instruction we received when we transferred to Openview was very poor both for the accounting and the property system. I had managed to input initial rents and deposits twice and I needed assistance with balancing my bank balances. We would say that the instruction when we transferred was very poor but the support we have received has been very good. We are still having a few teething problems but we are working through these.
