Hang on — this all seems too good to be true! You say there's potentially £5k worth of value, why so cheap?

We're not hiding from it. First of all, this is a launch deal — it will never be this price again. Secondly, where this works better for everyone is with numbers: the more agents we have in the K community, the better our collective buying power becomes. How do out-of-area RAN referrals actually work?

You join the Relocation Agent Network as a lead member as part of your Kerfuffle Membership. When a past client, vendor or applicant needs to buy, sell or rent outside your patch, you log the referral. A vetted RAN member in that area picks it up, completes the move, and you earn an introducer fee on completion. 2025 average per office: £1,050/yr. No additional RAN sub.

Is the K Con VIP ticket really free, or "free with terms"?

I'm a small independent — is this for me?
