For WhatsApp Business clients, property listings are presented natively in the WhatsApp interface with interactive buttons for viewing requests and feedback. Content reaches buyers in the format WhatsApp and SMS were built for rather than asking them to click through to a website.

Vendor reports delivered by text

Monthly vendor reports showing viewing activity, buyer feedback and portal performance are delivered to vendors by text - with a response mechanism built in. Vendors receive the update on their phone and can reply directly. FaceCheck verifies that the person uploading an identity document is the same person pictured on it - using AI to match the live image to the document photograph. Yes - when used correctly. SMS Speedway automatically handles the opt-in process required under GDPR and PECR. When a client makes initial contact, the platform manages their consent to receive communications via their preferred channel. Your agency remains the data controller and is responsible for ensuring your client database is held with appropriate consent - SMS Speedway provides the mechanism and guidance to make that compliant. What is WhatsApp Business and how is it different from normal WhatsApp?
WhatsApp Business is the version of WhatsApp designed for companies communicating with clients at scale. It supports broadcast messaging, interactive buttons, product catalogues and automated reply templates - none of which are available in the consumer WhatsApp app. SMS Speedway provides access to WhatsApp Business API capabilities that go beyond what WhatsApp's own business app offers, including group messaging, custom interactive property listings and automatic channel-switching when a client moves from SMS to WhatsApp.
How does FaceCheck work and is it suitable for AML compliance?
FaceCheck asks the person being verified to upload their identity document, then uses AI to compare the document photograph with a live image or selfie taken at the point of verification. It confirms that the person uploading the document is the same person pictured on it - addressing one of the key vulnerabilities in remote identity verification. DocCheck extracts and validates data from supporting documents such as utility bills. Both products are designed to support estate agency AML compliance workflows rather than replace a full AML policy - your compliance officer or legal team should confirm suitability for your specific requirements.
