What does the Auction fee structure look like for our agency?
Partner agents earn a fee share on every completed Auction sale. In Q2 2024 alone, iamproperty paid over £10 million in fees to its network — a 21% year-on-year increase. In October 2024, the monthly fee total hit £4.36 million, paid to agents on 1,097 completed properties. Exact splits are agreed at onboarding and are based on your volume and geography. Does iamproperty cover lettings as well as sales?
Yes. The iamproperty CRM includes lettings, pre-tenancy onboarding, property management, inspections and accounts as standard. Movebutler has lettings-specific onboarding workflows. The platform runs on one login with one client view, so your sales and lettings teams share the same data without duplication — and your landlord relationships sit alongside your vendor relationships in a single system.
We already use a CRM. Can we adopt Movebutler and Auction without switching everything?

What is the Modern Method of Auction and how does it differ from traditional auction?
Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) combines the speed and commitment of a traditional auction with the flexibility of a conventional sale. Buyers pay a non-refundable reservation fee upfront — making them financially committed from day one — then complete within a fixed 56-day window under standard conveyancing. Unlike traditional auction, the property does not sell from the gavel, so solicitors have proper time to do their work. iamproperty pioneered MMoA in the UK and operates the largest network of agents offering it.
